Underwriters Party ~ 2010
Celebrating a most successful Tiara Ball, Sally and Shep Osherow graciously hosted the Underwriters’ Party in their lovely home. Beautifully displayed gourmet hors d’ oeuvres were passed as we enjoyed our choice of fine wines and cocktails and magnificent waterfront views.
Many of our sponsors were in attendance and proudly witnessed a check in the amount of $200,000 presented by President Janet Davis and Vice President/Ways and Means Judy Droder to Dr. George Hanbury, President of Nova Southeastern University and Dr. Appu Rathinavelu, Director Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute for Cancer Research.
President Hanbury offered his most sincere gratitude on behalf of NSU to the Royal Dames for their fundraising efforts and expressed appreciation for the relationship between the Royal Dames and the University.
